Field Cash Collections

This service involves personal visits to debtors’ properties to negotiate meaningful arrangements for rehabilitation of overdue accounts; automated regular payments are then set up with the debtor, or an agreement is made for our agent to call on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis to collect payments in cash. This service can extend to general debt counselling to discuss personal circumstances and financial commitments to ensure the arrangement agreed is sustainable.

The collections to be made cover, for example, outstanding fines or penalties, mortgage arrears, loans or other credit arrangements or utility arrears.
