· What training will I receive?

F2F prides itself that its self-employed agents are fully trained to ensure both the agent and F2F are happy with the competency levels. You will be provided with a comprehensive training manual, initial training by your Agent Performance Coordinator and ongoing development training.

· Is there any scope for promotion?

All the external supervisors and our Head of Agency Management started as self-employed agents.
