Systems and Procedures
· Why do I have to keep
my own records?
You must keep adequate records of all
services provided to F2F for your own benefit, to provide
correct details to the Inland Revenue and to answer any reasonable
queries by F2F on behalf of clients or customers. If your
agency is terminated by either yourself or F2F, you must maintain
and hold all documentation relating to the agency for a period
of 12 months.
· Why does F2F carry
out Criminal Records Bureau and credit checks on prospective
agents?
The checks are performed to ensure
that all persons providing services to F2F are suitable to
do so; it also enables us to confirm to our clients that the
appropriate background research has been done on our agents
before they join us.
