Recovery Services

A wide range of visits can be made to retrieve various goods and equipment from defaulting customers. The bulk of these are completed on behalf of high street banks wishing to collect Bank Cards and Cheque Books, however we can also collect goods such as TV Digital Boxes, Office Equipment and carry out vehicle repossessions.

Process Serving / Document Delivery

These visits are completed for a number of reasons, ranging from the service of legal documents – in conjunction with bankruptcy petitions – to ‘safe service’ of any personal documents, mortgage papers, insurance details, banking information etc.

Occupancy Verification Checks

We can visit to specifically obtain occupancy and ownership of a property prior to, or after, an eviction order is given. A status report is then provided to the mortgage lender to assist with any necessary further action. Photographic information is also provided.

Other Services

In addition to the services listed above we also complete visits on behalf of Government Bodies and Local Authorities. These include status reporting, trading confirmation, photographic evidence and sales audit work.
